Sales and Business Development Manager

Ultinous is a technology company founded in 2014 and developing groundbreaking AI technology capable of generating unseen analytics, metrics and real time, predictive alerts from live video feeds. Using state-of-the-art facial recognition and tracking, the Ultinous Platform has multiple applications in different industries. Right now we are working primarily with the retail sector, but there is a wide range of new possibilities in security and other industries with interesting applications.

We are looking for a

Sales and Business Development Manager

to join our growing Business Team in Budapest. You will work with a world-class team, focused on strong growth aspirations.

  • You can think of selling B2B SaaS solutions focusing on retail, security or something totally new

  • You are confident in creating great possibilities and you know how to close a deal
  • You are ready to travel around Europe starting from our headquarters located in Budapest
  • You are comfortable with techno-geeks and translating their technological advantages into world-class customer value propositions

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being accountable for region based sales activity
  • Developing new sales strategies for new markets or products
  • Identifying new possibilities of our technology
  • Contacting new customers and integrators
  • Leading opportunities from the beginning to the end
  • Evangelizing our technology
  • Generating business conversations, leads, opportunities and profit
  • Participating in trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
  • Constantly following competitors’ products and services
  • Analyzing market trends, identifying target markets
  • Being responsible for customers, sales processes and good preparation of delivery
  • Building strategic relationships with technology integrators and consultants

What you need to demonstrate:

  • BS/MS degree in commerce or a related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in B2B sales together with the potential to learn fast
  • Ability to quickly master business processes and technology concepts
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
  • You are a genuinely curious person and love what you do
  • You like to get your “hands dirty” from the first contact through personal meetings including customers’ site visits
  • You are happy to take responsibility and think out of the box
  • Professional written and oral English
  • Willingness to travel (approx.20 %)

Bonus points if you:

  • Have experience in retail
  • Working knowledge level one or more of the following languages: French, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Swedish or Norwegian
