Manages all sales of products and professional services (Ultinous portfolio) in the given region in accordance with the sales and revenue plans
Builds customer and system integrator partnerships while also identifying, validating, and converting opportunities
Interacts with potential end-customers in order to identify opportunities and the value add that Ultinous Product and Services can bring
Selects the right partners and integrators; supports and educates them regarding Ultinous' value offering
Helps partners to evaluate the size of opportunities; helps build a pipeline by sharing best practices
Maintains broad knowledge and provides feedback about Ultinous' products and roadmap, plus the position of Ultinous vs. the strengths/weaknesses of competitors
Maintains complete and accurate documentation in the CRM system of all opportunities and sales stages
Education attributes and experience:
Self-starter,able to work autonomously while keeping relevant stakeholders up-to-date on progress
Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders in the partner or end-customer organization
Inquisitive, relentlessly asks the right questions to discover hidden or unarticulated client needs
Has solid business acumen and can identify high potential opportunities early on
Works well with cross-functional teams internally; able to identify win-win deals to ensure maximum results for customers & Ultinous.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English AND preferably German
Has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering / security programming / computer sciences
Has good communication and presentation skills
Strong track record in building new businesses and develop relationships from the start
Has knowledge of one of the following in Hungary and one other V4 and DACH market: • oil & gas, energy distribution, high-tech industrial or automotive manufacturing, large scale logistics suppliers, industrial parks • largescale perimeter defense
